1.新鲜杨梅一筐

2.将杨梅用盐水浸泡十分钟洗净沥干

3.用刀剥下果肉

4.果肉放在砂锅中,均匀洒上白糖腌制一会儿

5.一会儿就出了杨梅汁,这时候开小火开始熬制了,用木勺轻轻将果肉敲开

6.不停地用木勺边熬边搅动,中间我又放了点冰糖。

7.等果肉都煮烂的时候,加入2勺的麦芽糖,继续边熬边搅动

8.再挤上半个柠檬汁,继续熬煮

9.大概熬煮了半小时左右,汁水开始变浓稠了,就可以关火了

10.冷却后将果酱装入密封瓶放冰箱冷藏,慢慢享用吧!
